Maharashtra Association of Training and Placement Officers (MaTPO) was established in 2017 by Training and Placements Officers across Maharashtra and now successfully completed 4 years of journey.Maharashtra Association of Training and Placement Officers (MaTPO) is a non-profit association which is established to guide students to build their career.

Maharashtra Association of Training and Placement Officers (MaTPO) is the family ofmore than 550 Training and Placement Officers in PAN Maharashtra andoffered many On and Off campus placements drives.

Today, MaTPO has received appreciation from many industry personalities for filling the gap between institute and industry.

MaTPO, closely works with industry and institutions in achieving its goal of social transformation to fill the gap between them.

President Message

We, the family of Training and Placement Officers of Maha. Association of TPOs (MaTPO) wants to create bright future of thousands of students by providing them the skills & job opportunities.

We believe that if students get a job their entire family status, financial situation will change drastically, want that specifically the students from financially weak background from under developed regions of entire Maharashtra should get equal opportunities of placements as compared to other students from developed region.

Our aim is to make students employable as per the industry expectations. We are trying to create ecofriendly ambiance where students are encouraged to improve their skills to become “Deployable” in very less time.

MaTPO is trying to bring TPO community together to share good practices of Training and Placementas well as to share job opportunities with each other.

We believe that “1+1” is not equal to 2 but it equals “11” in this field of placements.

Hence we have joined hands together to collaborate with each other to reduce the unemployment amongst “Indian Youth” to make our region as well as country stronger.

I, Dr. Sanjay Jadhav-Secretary of Maharashtra Association of Training and Placement Officers (MaTPO) delighted to introduce about our TPO's forum.

The main Aim of this association is to bring all TPO's friends to single platform to strengthen our self.

Maharashtra Association of Training and Placement Officers (MaTPO) is non-profit association was established in 2017 by Training and Placements Officers across PAN Maharashtra.

With a view to design career of each & every aspirant by getting him or her placed in a good organization ,MaTPO came in to existence. The sole Aim of the association is to nurture literally the students & make them employable.

It's proud moment for MaTPO that DTE took cognizance & appreciated our work In a way ,the organization is working diligently to shape the economy of our country. Channelizing the talented mind in a appropriate way is a challenging task.
